DELIVERY TERMS

The products ordered on cokibarbieri.it are delivered in Italy and to EU and non-EU countries. All products are made to order, and when ready, are dispatched within 1-5 working days. However, in connection with sales and the holiday season, the delivery time must be expected to be longer.  The shipping costs are calculated Weight-Based, and will be calculated before payment. The shipping costs are DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) and include the customs fees. Goods insurance costs are included. Any additional costs due to shipping to remote locations and/or natural disasters will be borne by the buyer. Regular service to EU countries is approx. 5-6 business days from the date of dispatch. Regular service to non-EU countries is approx. 7-8 business days from the date of dispatch. The lamps can only be shipped within Europe.
